Open the email in your spam folder that you want to whitelist, then click <strong>Report not spam<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cryptoinvestmentinsight.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/toolkit\/utils\/pages\/images\/gmail.png\" alt=\"\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"{gmail.png_url}\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>If you&#8217;re using Gmail tabs (Promotional and Social), click and drag the email you want to whitelist from the tab it&#8217;s in to the Primary tab, like so:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Gmail tabs<\/li>\n<li>Marking an email as &#8220;not spam&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Creating a filter<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cryptoinvestmentinsight.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/toolkit\/utils\/pages\/images\/gmail2.gif\" alt=\"\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"{gmail2.gif_url}\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>Once done, you&#8217;ll get an alert saying &#8220;This conversation has been moved to Primary. Do this for all future messages from sender@theirdomain.com?&#8221; Click <strong>Yes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cryptoinvestmentinsight.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/toolkit\/utils\/pages\/images\/gmail4.png\" alt=\"\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"{gmail4.png_url}\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<h3><strong>GMAIL MOBILE APP<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the Gmail app, you have two options:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Report an email as &#8220;not spam&#8221; (if the email is in spam).<\/li>\n<li>Move an email from the promotional inbox to the primary inbox.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If an email is ending up in your spam folder, open the email and click <strong>Report not spam<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You can also tap the three dots in the upper right corner and click <strong>Mark important<\/strong> to give it priority in your inbox (shown in the video below).<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cryptoinvestmentinsight.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/toolkit\/utils\/pages\/images\/gail-mobile.gif\" alt=\"\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"{gail-mobile.gif_url}\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<p>To move an email from the promotional folder to your primary inbox, open the email and <strong>tap the three dots<\/strong> in the upper right corner, then tap <strong>Move to &gt; Primary<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"yahoo\"><strong>AT&amp;T YAHOO MAIL<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>AT&amp;T uses the Yahoo! Mail app platform, so whitelisting instructions are the same with both. To whitelist contacts with these email providers:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click the <strong>contact book<\/strong> in the right-hand menu.<\/li>\n<li>At the bottom of the sidebar, click <strong>+Add new contact<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the name and email information of the sender you want to whitelist (you can use a business name).<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cryptoinvestmentinsight.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/toolkit\/utils\/pages\/images\/at.gif\" alt=\"\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"{at.gif_url}\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<h3><strong>YAHOO APP<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To add an email address to your mobile Yahoo! Mail contacts (and ensure delivery), follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tap the hamburger menu (three stacked lines) in the top left.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Settings<\/strong> and scroll down to <strong>Filters<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select the email account you want to add a filter for.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the <strong>+ <\/strong>icon to add a new filter.<\/li>\n<li>Name it anything you want (such as &#8220;Whitelist&#8221;), then either:\n<ul>\n<li>Add the exact email you want to whitelist OR;<\/li>\n<li>Add the @domain.com you want to whitelist to get deliveries from every email at that domain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>\u2713<\/strong> icon in the top right to save the filter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cryptoinvestmentinsight.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/toolkit\/utils\/pages\/images\/yahoo.gif\" alt=\"\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\" {yahoo.gif_url}\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<h3 id=\"outlook1\"><strong>OUTLOOK 20XX<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To whitelist an email in any version of Outlook after 2000:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click the blue <strong>Click here to download pictures<\/strong> information box.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Add <\/strong><strong>S<\/strong><strong>ender to Safe Senders List<\/strong>. You can also click <strong>Add the Domain @domain.com to Safe Senders List<\/strong> to whitelist all emails coming from any email address on that domain.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cryptoinvestmentinsight.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/toolkit\/utils\/pages\/images\/outlook20xx.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"{outlook20xx.jpg_url}\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<h3 id=\"outlook2\"><strong>OUTLOOK.COM<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Open the email you want to whitelist. An alert message should display stating, &#8220;Parts of this message have been blocked for your safety.&#8221; Click <strong>I trust sender@domain.com. Always show content<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cryptoinvestmentinsight.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/toolkit\/utils\/pages\/images\/outlookcom.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"{outlookcom.jpg_url}\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<h4><strong>Outlook 2003 \u2013 2007<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Open a message from the <strong>desired sender<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Go to the <strong>Actions<\/strong> option in the top tool bar.<\/li>\n<li>Select Junk E-mail from the drop down menu.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Add Sender <\/strong>to Safe Senders List option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><strong>Outlook 2000 \/ Outlook 11<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Open a message from the <strong>desired sender&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>In the From field, right-click the email address<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Add to Contacts<\/strong> link in the menu<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>OK<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><strong>Outlook 2010 \/ Outlook 2013<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Open Microsoft Outlook 2010 \/ 2013<\/li>\n<li>In the home tab, click the <strong>Junk<\/strong> drop down menu<\/li>\n<li>Then click <strong>Junk Email Options<\/strong> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cryptoinvestmentinsight.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/toolkit\/utils\/pages\/images\/outlook2010.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"{outlook2010.png_url}\"><\/li>\n<li>Navigate to the <strong>Safe Recipients<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Add<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<li>Type in the email address or domain you want to whitelist, then click okay<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><strong>Outlook Express 6<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Open a message from the <strong>desired sender&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>In the From field, right-click the email address<\/li>\n<li>Click the<strong> Add to Address Book<\/strong> link in the menu<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>OK<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>OUTLOOK MOBILE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>On Outlook mobile, you can add senders to your focused inbox to ensure delivery of their emails. Here&#8217;s how:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the email you want to whitelist.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the <strong>three dots<\/strong> in the top right of the screen (not the dots inside the email).<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Move to Focused Inbox<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the popup box, tap the radius button for <strong>&#8220;Move this and all future messages&#8221;<\/strong> then tap <strong>MOVE TO FOLDER<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 id=\"aol\"><strong>AOL MAIL<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To whitelist emails on AOL:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the email you would like to whitelist.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Click their email contact name and address, then click <strong>Add Contact<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Enter their first and last name (company name works).<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Add Contact<\/strong> again. That&#8217;s it!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cryptoinvestmentinsight.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/toolkit\/utils\/pages\/images\/aol.gif\" alt=\"\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"{aol.gif_url}\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<h3 id=\"hotmail\"><strong>HOTMAIL<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open a message from the <strong>desired sender<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Mark as safe<\/strong> next to the From name and address.<\/li>\n<li>Now click <strong>Add contact<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 id=\"comcast\"><strong>COMCAST<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Click Preferences from the menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click Restrict Incoming Email.<\/li>\n<li>Click Yes to Enable Email Controls.<\/li>\n<li>Click Allow email from addresses listed below.<\/li>\n<li>Enter [wlemail] you want to whitelist.<\/li>\n<li>Click Add.<\/li>\n<li>Click Update to finish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Comcast SmartZone<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Click Address Book.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click &#8220;New&#8221; and choose &#8220;New Contact&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Add the email address and any additional information.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click Save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>COMCAST\/XFINITY<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you have an email account from Xfinity (formerly Comcast), here&#8217;s how to whitelist a contact:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign into your My XFINITY account.<\/li>\n<li>At the top right, click the <strong>Mail icon<\/strong> to get to your inbox.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Address Book tab<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>+Create Contact<\/strong> in the top menu (looks like a head silhouette with a plus sign).<\/li>\n<li>Add the sender&#8217;s email address.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong> to save and whitelist the contact.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cryptoinvestmentinsight.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/toolkit\/utils\/pages\/images\/xfinity.gif\" alt=\"\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"{xfinity.gif_url}\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<h3 id=\"msn\"><strong>MSN<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on <strong>Help &amp; Settings&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Email Settings&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Safe List&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>In Add an item to this list, type the specific email address or use @xxxx.com to whitelist the domain (note: xxxx has to be replaced with the domain)<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Add<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 id=\"cox\"><strong>Cox.net Email<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Go to WebMail Inbox window.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Click &#8220;Preferences&#8221;.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Under General Email Preferences, click Blocked Senders.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Type in the sender or domain you wish to allow in the Exceptions List.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Click Add.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Click Save.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 id=\"mac\"><strong>MAC OS X MAIL APP<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To whitelist all emails from a domain in the Mail app for Mac OS X or macOS:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the top menu, click <strong>Mail &gt; Preferences<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Rules <\/strong>tab.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Add Rule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter a whitelist name in the <strong>Description<\/strong> field, such as &#8220;Whitelist: sumo.com&#8221; to create the new rule.<\/li>\n<li>For conditions, set the first dropdown menu item to <strong>any<\/strong>. It should say: <strong>If any of the following conditions are met<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the following dropdown menus, select <strong>From<\/strong> in the first field and <strong>Ends with<\/strong> in the second field.<\/li>\n<li>In the text field following <strong>Ends with<\/strong>, enter the domain name that you want to whitelist. Include &#8220;@&#8221; before the domain name to make the filter specific\u2014for example, to whitelist all mail from the sumo.com domain, but not mail that might come from one of its subdomains (such as @subdomain.sumo.com), type &#8220;@sumo.com&#8221; into the field.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>plus sign<\/strong> next to the last condition to add another domain with the same criteria if you want to whitelist more domains.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Perform the following actions<\/strong> section, set the three dropdown items to: <strong>Move Message<\/strong>, to the mailbox: <strong>Inbox<\/strong> (or any target folder you want).<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>OK<\/strong> to save the rule.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>APPLE MAIL<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Apple Mail doesn&#8217;t have the option to whitelist like some other email providers do. Instead, all you can do is mark something as &#8220;Not Junk&#8221; and it will be sent to your inbox.
